<p>We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of servers, networks, and other critical infrastructure. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and values security and uptime — this role is for you.</p><ul><li>Maintain and support physical and virtual server environments (Windows/Linux)</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory and Azure AD</li><li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues</li><li>Apply system patches, updates, and security configurations regularly</li><li>Maintain and improve backup and disaster recovery processes</li><li>Support cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS depending on environment)</li><li>Administer storage systems, file shares, and print services</li><li>Implement and manage endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf)</li><li>Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure compliance and uptime</li><li>Document systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures</li></ul>

<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and Group Policy</li><li>Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services</li><li>Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)</li><li>Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and patch management tools</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently</li></ul>
