<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p> We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven <strong>Paid Media Specialist</strong> to manage and optimize paid campaigns across <strong>Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Simpli.fi/programmatic platforms</strong>. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across <strong>Google Ads (Search & Display)</strong>, <strong>LinkedIn Ads</strong>, and <strong>Simpli.fi/programmatic</strong> platforms.</li><li>Develop audience targeting strategies to maximize ROI and reduce wasted ad spend.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights on campaign performance.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ad strategy with overall brand goals.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.</li><li>Stay up to date on trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices in paid media.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience managing <strong>paid digital media campaigns</strong> (agency or in-house).</li><li>Proven success in <strong>Google Ads (Search & Display)</strong> campaign management, including keyword strategy, bid optimization, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Hands-on experience running <strong>LinkedIn Ads</strong> (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen).</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Simpli.fi or other programmatic advertising platforms</strong> (The Trade Desk, Basis, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with <strong>Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance reporting</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with landing page optimization and retargeting strategy.</li><li>Background in B2B or multi-location marketing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
