Help Desk Analyst I
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide first-level support for various technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming calls and emails to address technical issues and service requests from end users.<br>• Provide support for web-based applications and resolve access-related issues in Active Directory.<br>• Assist users with Adobe product access, mobile device setups, and printer troubleshooting.<br>• Manage and resolve service desk tickets, aiming to complete 15-30 tickets daily with accurate documentation.<br>• Perform imaging and setup of equipment as needed, ensuring proper configurations.<br>• Escalate complex or VP-specific tickets to Level II support while maintaining ownership until resolution.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet service desk goals and ensure high-quality customer service.<br>• Maintain detailed and thorough documentation of ticket resolutions and user interactions.<br>• Follow established procedures to prioritize and address incoming tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and basic troubleshooting techniques.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and related tools.<br>• Experience handling service desk tickets and resolving technical issues.<br>• Excellent written communication skills for documenting tickets and user interactions.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with Adobe products, mobile devices, and printer support.<br>• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
