In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing global travel logistics and crew rotations, ensuring seamless travel arrangements that align with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, international environment, demonstrating exceptional customer service and strategic problem-solving skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><p>• Manage crew rotations and travel logistics with attention to detail and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service to company executives and employees, addressing travel needs promptly and professionally.</p><p>• Utilize advanced travel management software, online booking tools, and ticketing systems to execute flawless travel plans.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance travel processes and implement cost-effective solutions.</p><p>• Maintain clear and effective communication with travelers and internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.</p><p>• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.</p><p>• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve travel policies and procedures.</p><p>• Uphold high standards of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential company information.</p>
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a travel consultant, specializing in international travel.<br>• Expertise in Sabre functionalities, including fare construction, ticketing, and exchanges.<br>• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations while multitasking effectively.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a problem-solving mindset.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, travel management software, and online booking tools.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete complex travel arrangements independently.<br>• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to technological advancements.<br>• Commitment to customer satisfaction while balancing cost-effective solutions.
