<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated GIS Analyst to support emergency response operations through the maintenance and development of spatial data and digital mapping solutions. This role is essential for ensuring accurate 9-1-1 call routing and geographic data integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.</li><li>Perform daily GIS data maintenance and updates.</li><li>Manage projects involving spatial data including lines, points, and polygons.</li><li>Conduct data comparison and resolve data errors to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to address GIS-related concerns.</li><li>Document processes and project outcomes thoroughly and accurately.</li><li>Follow all organizational policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment under varying conditions.</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to change.</li><li>Ability to follow strategic direction and execute tasks aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Capable of independent thinking and confident in discussing technical issues with stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in GIS software and tools, with a solid understanding of spatial data management and cartographic principles.</li><li>Strong documentation and organizational skills</li><li>Must be able to think independently and discuss issues of concern with vendors, colleagues, other 9-1-1 authorities and service providers. </li><li>maintaining spatial data through mapping software and designing digital maps with geographic data and various other data sets for 9-1-1 call routing.
