This role involves leading the accounting team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Responsibilities:• Direct and supervise all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in adherence to established policies and procedures.• Prepare and review detailed financial statements and reports to meet requirements for shareholders, lenders, and regulatory agencies, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.• Conduct in-depth variance analyses comparing current financial results to plans and prior periods for key financial documents.• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.• Collaborate with accounting and research teams to analyze complex business transactions and document technical accounting treatments.• Monitor and enhance internal controls related to accounting processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.• Manage the organization and retention of accounting records in accordance with established policies.• Provide critical financial data and insights to support business planning, forecasting, and other strategic activities.• Lead and develop accounting personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster growth and attention to detail.• Perform additional duties as required, ensuring operational excellence across accounting functions.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in financial operations. • Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and maintaining general ledger accuracy. • Solid experience in preparing and overseeing financial statement audits and account reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of journal entries and their role in maintaining accurate financial records. • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage and guide accounting teams effectively. • Ability to analyze complex business transactions and apply technical accounting principles. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and internal controls within accounting operations. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights clearly.
