Research Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate data records. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist in the execution of marketing research projects to support organizational goals.</p><p>• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.</p><p>• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain the integrity of records.</p><p>• Support pre-award activities by gathering relevant information and documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes.</p><p>• Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze marketing data effectively.</p><p>• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.</p><p>• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p>
• Proven experience in project coordination within a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Strong proficiency in CRM marketing and data management tools.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service skills.<br>• Ability to perform precise and efficient data entry.<br>• Familiarity with pre-award activities and documentation processes.<br>• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<br>• Adept at analyzing data and creating comprehensive reports.<br>• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
