Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with over 5 years of administrative support and customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills, professionalism, and the ability to support executives in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Hawaii, as onsite interviewing and work are required. To apply or learn more, please call 808-531-0800.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.</li><li>Answer phones, screen calls, and handle inquiries with a high level of customer service and professionalism.</li><li>Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.</li><li>Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external communications, including liaising with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.</li><li>Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.</li><li>Organize events, meetings, and appointments, both onsite and offsite.</li><li>Maintain office supplies and order as needed.</li><li>Support additional administrative duties as required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.</li><li>Proven experience with answering phones and providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work onsite in Hawaii; preference for local candidates.</li><li>Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
