<p>We are looking for a highly motivated <strong><em>Customer Experience Specialist</em></strong> to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting callers with their needs.</p><p>• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.</p><p>• Provide comprehensive client support to ensure a positive customer experience.</p><p>• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including record management and data entry.</p><p>• Manage email correspondence professionally across multiple platforms.</p><p>• Offer solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and achieve organizational goals.</p><p>• Adapt to assigned duties and responsibilities as needed to support operational requirements.</p>
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a customer service or administrative role.<br>• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work across multiple browsers.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in email correspondence and customer success.<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
