In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting financial processes and property acquisitions. Your expertise in business and financial analysis will be essential in creating accurate spreadsheets, managing financial scenarios, and assisting with operational tasks. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and maintain comprehensive tables and spreadsheets to support financial analysis and decision-making.</p><p>• Analyze various financing options, including interest rates and periodic depreciation, to evaluate property acquisition opportunities.</p><p>• Conduct scenario planning and "what if" analyses to assess potential outcomes.</p><p>• Assist in managing capital markets-related tasks and ensure accurate reporting.</p><p>• Perform administrative tasks such as mail-outs and errands to support team operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to secure properties and manage acquisition processes.</p><p>• Provide detailed reports and insights to inform financial strategies.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create formulas and organize complex financial data.</p><p>• Support the team in managing ongoing projects and meeting deadlines.</p>

• Proven experience in business and financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or facilities management industry.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating tables and using advanced formulas.<br>• Strong understanding of financial terms and concepts such as interest rates and depreciation.<br>• Ability to perform detailed scenario analysis and provide actionable insights.<br>• Familiarity with capital markets and their impact on property financing.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative tasks effectively.<br>• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting findings.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet long-term project objectives.
