Property Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our team in Homestead, Florida. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing various property-related administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. If you excel in accounting systems, financial services, and property management, this opportunity is tailored for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Oversee billing functions and assist with budget preparation and financial planning.<br>• Utilize accounting software systems, such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, to maintain financial records and generate reports.<br>• Handle CRM and management systems to streamline property operations and tenant communications.<br>• Act as a leasing consultant, assisting with lease agreements and tenant inquiries.<br>• Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies as needed.<br>• Maintain records for property management functions, ensuring compliance with company policies.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and resolve administrative challenges.<br>• Support the implementation of budget processes and track expenses effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.<br>• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.<br>• Experience with billing functions and budget preparation.<br>• Familiarity with CRM systems and property management tools.<br>• Knowledge of leasing processes and tenant relations.<br>• Ability to manage financial transactions with attention to detail.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Prior experience in property administration or a related field is preferred.
