We are looking for an experienced eDS Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis in Hilliard, Ohio. This role involves applying your expertise in employment law to support legal research, discovery processes, and document management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in litigation and legal technologies, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis related to employment law and litigation.<br>• Manage discovery processes, including reviewing and coding documents using Relativity.<br>• Draft and review motions, including motions for summary judgment.<br>• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in case preparation.<br>• Organize and manage case documentation to support efficient legal workflows.<br>• Provide expert insights and recommendations to strengthen legal strategies.<br>• Utilize advanced legal technologies to streamline document review and coding.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all legal activities.<br>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address case-specific needs and updates.<br>• Support the team with additional litigation-related tasks as required.
• Proven experience in employment law and litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.<br>• Proficiency in document coding and management using tools such as Relativity.<br>• Strong skills in legal research and analytical writing.<br>• Familiarity with discovery processes and related legal procedures.<br>• Ability to draft and review legal motions with precision.<br>• Excellent organizational skills to handle case documentation.<br>• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
