This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist attorneys with <strong>drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents</strong> related to debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and creditor negotiations.</li><li>Conduct <strong>legal research</strong> on relevant statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.</li><li>Prepare <strong>summaries of financial statements, loan agreements, and restructuring plans</strong>.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, creditors, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.</li><li>Manage <strong>document discovery and due diligence</strong> for restructuring transactions.</li><li>Track and monitor case calendars, hearings, and filing deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>
