HR Recruiter
We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Henrico, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate patience with lengthy hiring processes, and consistently deliver results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.<br>• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company standards.<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.<br>• Maintain accurate records and utilize applicant tracking systems efficiently.<br>• Meet weekly recruitment targets, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.<br>• Provide clear communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.<br>• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.<br>• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
<p>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle or corporate recruiting, experience in recruiting for drivers or within transportation is a plus.</p><p>• Proven ability to source and interview candidates effectively.</p><p>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to articulate job requirements and company values to potential hires.</p><p>• Patience and adaptability to navigate lengthy hiring processes.</p><p>• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
