Litigation Paralegal - Henderson
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our law firm client's team in Henderson, Nevada. In this role, you will support a Plaintiff's personal injury law firm by managing cases from initiation through trial. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of civil litigation processes. This is an in-office role. Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Track and monitor statutes of limitations to ensure timely case progression.</p><p>• Draft and review discovery requests and responses with precision and legal accuracy.</p><p>• Coordinate expert witnesses, including scheduling and communication for case preparation.</p><p>• Schedule and organize depositions, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.</p><p>• Maintain consistent and attentive communication with clients to address inquiries and provide case updates.</p><p>• Handle electronic filing of legal documents in compliance with jurisdictional requirements.</p><p>• Prepare cases for trial, including organizing exhibits, documentation, and other necessary materials.</p><p>• Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from filing complaints to courtroom proceedings.</p>
• Proven experience as a paralegal in personal injury or civil litigation settings.<br>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests.<br>• Proficiency in e-filing and familiarity with court systems and procedures.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client interaction.<br>• Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred but not required.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Expertise in trial preparation and litigation support.
