We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Hebron, Kentucky. This role involves tracking and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in records, and supporting daily operations in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure all items are accurately recorded.<br>• Update and maintain inventory data using Microsoft Excel.<br>• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate team.<br>• Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas for efficiency.<br>• Perform clerical duties related to inventory management, including documentation and record-keeping.<br>• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding inventory concerns.<br>• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory processes.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during inventory handling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.<br>• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.<br>• Effective communication skills for responding to inquiries and collaborating with team members.<br>• Basic clerical skills to manage documentation and records.<br>• Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
