Customer Experience Specialist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kentucky. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Order Management team during a scheduled leave, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining service excellence. This position is 100% onsite and will require close collaboration with an established team to meet organizational standards and timelines.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately enter and validate orders, ensuring all entries are double-checked and approved by the team or manager.</p><p>• Process shipment tracking numbers upon request and ensure timely updates.</p><p>• Prepare quotes for component pricing and handle warranty claim entries.</p><p>• Assist with managing orders and portals, adhering to company procedures.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with established practices and service level agreements (SLAs).</p><p>• Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal colleagues and external clients.</p><p>• Support the team by adapting quickly to standard operating procedures and workflows.</p><p>• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handling of moderate-to-high volume tasks.</p>
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.<br>• Proven experience in customer service or order entry, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.<br>• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus.<br>• Ability to manage multiple browsers and email correspondence efficiently.<br>• Prior experience in customer success or call center environments.<br>• Capable of adapting quickly and following established procedures.<br>• Must be available on-site during core business hours, Monday through Friday.
