• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management.<br>• Skilled in preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.<br>• Experience with bank reconciliations and construction-specific accounting tasks.<br>• Knowledge of Work In Progress (WIP) accounting and financial statement preparation.<br>• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.<br>• Familiarity with certified payroll procedures and lien management.<br>• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
