HR Recruiter
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on the contract basis in Hartford, Connecticut. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in full-cycle recruiting who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about identifying and onboarding top talent. As part of the education industry, your contributions will play a key role in building a strong workforce.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</p><p>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract applicants with relevant experience.</p><p>• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ skills, expertise, and alignment with the organization's culture.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.</p><p>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations during the recruitment process.</p><p>• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.</p><p>• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility in the job market.</p><p>• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.</p>
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate setting.<br>• Strong skills in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.<br>• Expertise in conducting detailed and thorough interviews.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
