You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure organizational goals are met by bringing exceptional individuals into the fold.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop recruiting strategies and implement best practices to identify talent across a variety of roles.</li><li>Source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, talent databases, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Conduct prescreening interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.</li><li>Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and maintaining communication with candidates.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and refine job descriptions to attract top-tier professionals.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation and track metrics to measure recruitment success and effectiveness.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role (minimum 2–3 years).</li><li>Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and online research.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to actively identify and recruit Most Placeable Candidates (MPC).</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.<br>• Strong ability to source candidates using various methods, including job boards and social media.<br>• Proficiency in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and their functionalities.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
