Help Desk Analyst I
We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. This long-term contract role offers an excellent opportunity to provide technical support and ensure smooth operations for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a Windows environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to service desk tickets and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows 10 and associated software.<br>• Administer and manage Active Directory accounts effectively.<br>• Offer guidance and technical assistance to end-users experiencing system challenges.<br>• Ensure accurate documentation of all support activities and solutions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address complex technical issues.<br>• Maintain system updates and monitor performance to prevent disruptions.<br>• Provide training and support to users on new technology or system changes.<br>• Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure user satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10.<br>• Experience with basic troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving.<br>• Familiarity with handling service desk tickets.<br>• Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and team members.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to documenting and resolving issues.<br>• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred.
