Executive Assistant
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to leadership in a fast-paced educational environment. Based in Hartford, Connecticut, this contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to community programs while utilizing your organizational and administrative expertise. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and manage executives' calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and adjustments to appointments.<br>• Coordinate conference calls and meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared.<br>• Draft and manage correspondence, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.<br>• Utilize CRM systems to track and organize data relevant to community programs.<br>• Facilitate project management tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.<br>• Handle booking and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring logistical efficiency.<br>• Maintain records and documentation using Office tools, ensuring organization and accessibility.<br>• Support the preparation of reports and presentations with accurate data and formatting.<br>• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.<br>• Address administrative challenges proactively to maintain operational flow.
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing contacts and tracking program data.<br>• Strong skills in calendar management, including scheduling and prioritization.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in correspondence.<br>• Experience coordinating conference calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning and execution.<br>• Familiarity with booking appointments and travel arrangements efficiently.<br>• Proficiency in Office applications for documentation and administrative tasks.
