PC Technician
We are looking for an experienced PC Technician to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support and ensuring smooth operations for our medical staff and internal IT systems. This is a unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating with remote support teams when necessary.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver on-site technical assistance to medical staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.<br>• Collaborate with remote support teams across the country to resolve complex technical challenges.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve problems within a Windows-based environment.<br>• Manage user accounts, including creation and maintenance.<br>• Ensure consistent deskside support for employees to enhance productivity.<br>• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions effectively.<br>• Provide guidance and training to users on system functionalities.<br>• Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions for future reference.<br>• Monitor system performance to prevent downtime and optimize efficiency.
<p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.</p><p>• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.</p><p>• Experience in creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory </p><p>• Familiarity with deskside support in environments requiring attention to detail.</p><p>• Solid understanding of hardware diagnostics and repair.</p><p><br></p>
