<p>We are looking for a skilled Billing Analyst to join our team in Haddonfield, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes for various projects. If you have a strong background in financial operations and are eager to contribute your expertise in billing and accounts receivable, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage project billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.</p><p>• Investigate and resolve discrepancies on invoices to maintain smooth financial operations.</p><p>• Provide support for accounts receivable activities, including tracking payments and addressing customer inquiries.</p><p>• Prepare and record journal entries to assist with financial reporting.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with customers to address billing-related questions and provide exceptional service.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on billing and financial procedures.</p><p>• Generate and analyze reports to monitor billing performance and identify areas for improvement.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards in all billing activities.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project billing and financial operations.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, including payment tracking and reconciliation.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.</p><p>• Ability to prepare and record journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</p>
