We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a long-term contract position based in Greenville, South Carolina, offering the opportunity to contribute to critical supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics optimization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee supply chain logistics to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials.<br>• Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability.<br>• Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.<br>• Track and monitor inventory to prevent shortages and maintain operational flow.<br>• Maintain comprehensive vendor files and establish strong relationships with multiple suppliers.<br>• Coordinate drop-shipments and export shipments for seamless delivery.<br>• Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve procurement processes.<br>• Support system implementation projects to enhance supply chain functionality.<br>• Generate reports on inventory and logistics performance for management review.<br>• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to shipping and procurement.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.<br>• Proficiency in inventory analysis and tracking tools.<br>• Strong knowledge of purchase order management and vendor coordination.<br>• Familiarity with managing drop-shipments and export shipments.<br>• Ability to maintain organized records and vendor files.<br>• Skilled in working with multiple vendors in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br>• Experience in using supply chain management software or ERP systems is preferred.
