Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our executive team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract position that requires strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills to ensure seamless daily operations within the Executive Office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, facilitating communication, and assisting with confidential matters.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage daily office operations for the Executive Office, ensuring efficiency and organization.<br>• Act as a liaison by coordinating communications with the Board of Commissioners and community stakeholders.<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing materials for board meetings, transcribing minutes, and drafting resolutions and reports.<br>• Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and adherence to high standards.<br>• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.<br>• Assist with sensitive data related to business, financial, and personnel matters, maintaining confidentiality at all times.<br>• Organize and distribute information flowing in and out of the Executive Office.<br>• Maintain and manage the executive calendar, scheduling daily activities, meetings, and appointments.<br>• Plan and coordinate logistics for events such as training sessions, webinars, travel, conferences, and meetings.<br>• Oversee website and social media content updates to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms such as ADP, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM systems.<br>• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time for managing schedules and timekeeping.<br>• Exceptional calendar management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders in a detail-oriented manner.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.<br>• Familiarity with planning and coordinating events, including travel and virtual meetings.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading, editing, and document preparation.<br>• Proficiency in managing correspondence and maintaining strong relationships.
