Desktop Support Analyst
<p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems and related hardware. </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide technical support for desktop systems, workstations, and related hardware.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 and Active Directory.</p><p>• Perform desktop imaging and configuration to meet user and organizational needs.</p><p>• Maintain and repair hardware components, ensuring optimal functionality.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to identify and address system performance issues.</p><p>• Assist in software installations, updates, and patches for desktop systems.</p><p>• Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.</p><p>• Monitor system usage and implement preventative measures to reduce downtime.</p><p>• Respond promptly to user requests and provide clear communication throughout the resolution process.</p>
• Proven experience in desktop support, including workstation setup and maintenance.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its applications.<br>• Proficiency in Windows 10 operating systems.<br>• Hands-on experience with desktop imaging tools and techniques.<br>• Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing desktop hardware.<br>• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<br>• Effective communication skills to interact with users and technical staff.
