Inhouse Corporate Paralegal International
<p>We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join an inhouse legal team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role involves managing legal operations, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting corporate governance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trademark law, contract review, and data privacy regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee corporate governance processes, including entity formation, dissolution, and annual filings across multiple jurisdictions.</p><p>• Maintain and update legal charts, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of reports and filings.</p><p>• Conduct international legal research and compliance reviews for contracts, marketing materials, and product documentation.</p><p>• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance-related materials.</p><p>• Coordinate with multinational teams and external counsel to navigate cross-border legal processes.</p><p>• Manage trademark applications, including filing, renewal, and tracking.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and advise on related legal matters.</p><p>• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external legal teams to address legal inquiries and requirements.</p><p>• Support visa applications, entity creation/dissolution, and other administrative legal tasks.</p><p>• Monitor and ensure accuracy in all legal documentation and processes.</p>
<p>• Experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a multinational setting.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of corporate governance procedures and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Proficiency in international trademark law and contract review.</p><p>• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and related legal frameworks.</p><p>• Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p><p>• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and coordinate cross-border legal operations.</p><p>• Demonstrated discretion and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p>
