Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to providing outstanding service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Process order entries and ensure all details are correctly documented in the system.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.</p><p>• Communicate with customers via multiple channels, including phone and email.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer needs.</p><p>• Manage outbound calls when required, providing follow-up information or assistance.</p><p>• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate guidance to customers.</p><p>• Adhere to service protocols and meet performance metrics consistently.</p><p>• Update customer records regularly to reflect accurate and current information.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to improve processes and share feedback with the team.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Strong skills in order entry and data management.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions.<br>• High level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
