We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or manufacturing industries and a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes. You will play a key role in overseeing AR operations, managing a team, and driving efficiencies in reporting and billing. Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee the accounts receivable team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.• Manage commercial collections activities to maintain timely payments and reduce outstanding balances.• Supervise cash application processes to ensure proper allocation and reconciliation of payments.• Prepare and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables and address overdue accounts.• Oversee billing functions to ensure invoices are processed and distributed promptly.• Implement and enhance organizational systems and metrics reporting to improve AR performance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AR workflows and resolve discrepancies.• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards throughout the AR processes.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the construction or manufacturing industry. • Previous managerial experience, including leading and developing teams. • Proficiency in intermediate-level Excel functions, including data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with organizational systems and metrics reporting tools. • Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash application processes. • Ability to prepare and interpret aging reports and other financial documents. • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
