<p><strong>Systems Administrator</strong></p><p>Robert Half is seeking a Systems Administrator for our client in Green Bay, to support and maintain core IT systems across servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. This role involves monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, implementing updates, and contributing to infrastructure projects. The administrator will also apply security standards, support disaster recovery initiatives, and identify opportunities for process automation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a Direct/Permanent Hire role that requires a hybrid work schedule.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network systems</li><li>Implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes</li><li>Support cloud and virtualization platforms</li><li>Apply security best practices and monitor system health</li><li>Automate recurring tasks through scripting</li><li>Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery planning</li><li>Provide technical guidance on escalated support requests</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in infrastructure or service desk support</li><li>Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and common networking technologies</li><li>Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a plus</li><li>Exposure to ITIL practices or business continuity planning preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
