Service Order Parts Controller
<p>Are you highly organized and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Service Parts Coordinator to join our clients team in Green Bay! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company that values teamwork, accuracy, and great customer service.</p><p>In this role, you’ll manage customer orders, coordinate with multiple departments, and make sure parts are delivered on time. If you love staying on top of details, solving problems, and helping customers, this could be a great fit for you!</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Track and manage spare parts orders to ensure on-time delivery</li><li>Partner with internal teams to update and process customer orders</li><li>Communicate proactively with customers about order status, delivery timelines, and any changes</li><li>Prepare delivery notes for shipments</li><li>Review orders for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Keep organized records and follow established procedures</li><li>Help resolve order issues and improve customer satisfaction</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience in data entry.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing and processing customer orders.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies or delays.</li><li>Highly organized with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient operations.</li></ul><p>If you meet these qualifications and are interested in learning more, please contact Kara at <b>920-666-6382 </b>to discuss next steps.</p>
