The job duties include:</p><p>• Scan & Upload Joint Interest Billings </p><p>• Scan Checks/Accounts Payable</p><p>• Enter checks into Excalibur</p><p>• Take Deposits to bank</p><p>• Bank Reconciliations for 22+ bank accounts</p><p>• Accounts payable</p><p>• Print checks</p><p>• Enter Taking-In-Kind into Excalibur</p><p>• Various Journal Entries</p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of accounting degree </p><p>• 2 + years’ experience in full cycle accounting, including accounts payable, billing, reconciliations, and journal entries preferred.</p><p>• Knowledgeable of GAAP and debits and credits.</p><p>• Experience working with O& G accounting including both JIB and Revenue a plus.</p><p>• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, formulas, sorting, pivot tables).</p><p>• Experience building and maintaining macros is a plus.</p><p>• Experience working with Excalibur and P2 Reporting is a plus.</p><p>• Pro-active and self-directed.</p><p>• Positive attitude and ability to work and communicate well with others.</p><p>• Works collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills, sets priorities and meets deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>They will consider:</p><p>• They will also consider a recent Accounting grad looking to get their foot in the door.
