Sr. Compensation Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to perform a 100% remote contract role. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring fair and consistent compensation practices across the organization. Your expertise in compensation planning and equity analysis will play a vital role in supporting our organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Evaluate and analyze job descriptions to ensure compensation structures align with organizational standards and equity goals.</p><p>• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compensation plans that support business objectives.</p><p>• Conduct equity analyses to identify and address pay disparities across departments.</p><p>• Perform benchmarking studies using compensation surveys to assess market competitiveness.</p><p>• Develop and refine the company’s compensation philosophy to align with strategic priorities.</p><p>• Manage annual compensation reviews and reporting processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compensation findings are understood and actionable.</p><p>• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance compensation and benefits strategies.</p><p>• Monitor compliance with public sector or education-specific compensation regulations, as applicable.</p>
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in conducting compensation surveys and benchmarking studies.<br>• Strong knowledge of annual compensation review processes and best practices.<br>• Expertise in equity analysis and designing equitable pay structures.<br>• Familiarity with compensation plan development and implementation.<br>• Ability to articulate and apply compensation philosophies effectively.<br>• Experience in public sector or education-related compensation practices is a plus.<br>• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
