Sales Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and contributing to the success of our manufacturing industry efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and has a strong passion for sales.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless interactions.<br>• Support inbound and outbound sales processes by managing inquiries and providing necessary information.<br>• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation.<br>• Monitor and update customer databases to maintain accurate records.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials.<br>• Provide excellent customer service to address client needs and resolve issues.<br>• Contribute to achieving sales targets by consistently following up with leads.<br>• Analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making.<br>• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Previous experience in inside or direct sales roles.<br>• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.<br>• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.<br>• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
