The firm prides itself on fostering a balanced work-life culture and providing a clear pathway to partnership.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent clients in insurance defense, coverage matters, and commercial litigation cases.<br>• Draft and review legal briefs, motions, and other court documents with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including client consultations, case strategy development, and courtroom representation.<br>• Manage claims administration processes and provide legal advice to clients regarding their options.<br>• Respond to complaints and disputes effectively, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.<br>• Utilize case and document management software to organize and track case progress efficiently.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal services and maintain a collegial work environment.<br>• Develop business opportunities and maintain positive client relationships to contribute to the firm's growth.<br>• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide informed counsel.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense, coverage, or commercial litigation.<br>• Proficiency in using case management and document management software.<br>• Strong skills in drafting legal briefs and handling civil litigation processes.<br>• Solid understanding of claims administration and complaint handling.<br>• Excellent research and analytical abilities to support legal strategies.<br>• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.<br>• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
