Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. • Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections, to maintain cash flow integrity. • Prepare and record journal entries to support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Reconcile bank statements to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and produce relevant reports. • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in accounting workflows.
