Help Desk Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Manager to oversee and lead our IT support operations in Glens Falls, New York. This role involves managing a team of help desk professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing exceptional support to executives and staff alike. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, technical problem-solving, and training development.</p>
<p>• Proven experience managing a help desk team, including hiring, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.</p><p>• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, and IT service management (ITSM) practices.</p><p>• Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation for IT systems and processes.</p><p>• Familiarity with managing ticketing systems and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.</p><p>• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.</p>
