We are looking for a skilled Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract position requiring a detail-oriented individual to manage and process financial transactions efficiently. The role involves working in the office during standard business hours. Responsibilities: • Process and post cash payments accurately and efficiently. • Apply customer receipts to the accounts receivable subledger. • Utilize Great Plains software to manage financial data and transactions. • Ensure timely and precise cash applications to maintain account integrity. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and payment issues. • Monitor accounts receivable balances and address outstanding payments. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cash postings. • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. • Provide support for audits by preparing necessary reports and data.

• Proven experience in cash applications and accounts receivable. • Strong proficiency in processing and posting cash payments. • Familiarity with Great Plains software or similar financial systems. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity. • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. • Prior experience in a contract-based role is a plus.
