Apply today to be considered! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.</p><p>• Communicate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.</p><p>• Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers regarding delivery statuses.</p><p>• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records using Excel and other tools.</p><p>• Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to logistics.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</p><p>• Assist with inventory management and related documentation.</p><p>• Generate and analyze reports to evaluate logistics performance.</p>

• Proven experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.<br>• Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.<br>• Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping processes.<br>• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistics challenges.
