Apply today to be considered! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.</p><p>• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain records and tracking systems.</p><p>• Collaborate with freight carriers to streamline shipping and receiving processes.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.</p><p>• Monitor logistics and distribution activities to ensure compliance with company standards.</p><p>• Assist in managing inventory and verifying shipments for accuracy.</p><p>• Communicate proactively with team members to address operational challenges and improve workflow.</p><p>• Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to shipping and distribution.</p><p>• Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize daily operations.</p>

• Proven experience in dispatching within the logistics industry.<br>• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with logistics and distribution processes.<br>• Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service roles.<br>• Knowledge of freight carrier operations and shipping procedures.<br>• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Experience using logistics software and systems is preferred.
