<p>We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Data &amp; Analytics Manager to lead our data initiatives, guide a technical team, and drive the development of modern reporting, analytics, and governance capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to support strategic decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.</p><p>• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, reporting platforms, and integration pipelines.</p><p>• Drive adoption and utilization of Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalable and reliable data solutions.</p><p>• Implement and champion data governance standards, analytics best practices, and documentation processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.</p><p>• Evaluate and optimize BI tools, cloud platforms, and analytics technologies to support evolving business needs.</p><p>• Review and interpret complex technical documentation to troubleshoot and resolve issues.</p><p>• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance expectations related to data management (preferred experience with regulated industries).</p><p>• Oversee and enhance reporting environments, including potential utilization of Zoho Analytics.</p><p>• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining clear priorities and timelines.</p><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Data Science or Analytics or related field.</p><p>• 5+ years - Data, analytics, business intelligence, or related IT disciplines.</p><p>• 2+ years - Leading or managing technical teams.</p><p>• Expertise - Data warehousing concepts, BI/reporting platforms, and data integration methodologies.</p><p>• MS Fabric - Hands-on experience </p><p>• Verbal &amp; Written Communication - The ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</p><p>• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.</p><p>• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.</p><p>• Practical experience with modern business intelligence tools, cloud data ecosystems, and analytics platforms.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to implement data governance frameworks and best practices.</p><p>• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics.</p><p>• Self-motivated learner with a passion for exploring new technologies and continuous improvement.</p>
