Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. This is a long-term contract position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring an attentive and welcoming environment.<br>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with efficiency and accuracy.<br>• Manage daily email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.<br>• Schedule and coordinate appointments to maintain an organized calendar for the office.<br>• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documents, communications, and schedules.<br>• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.<br>• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the office.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and call management.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a courteous and attentive demeanor.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to organize files and maintain accurate records.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and team members.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
