If you have experience in managing deposits and operational processes, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.<br>• Handle cash accurately and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.<br>• Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products and services.<br>• Maintain thorough records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.<br>• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build trust.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and uphold operational standards.<br>• Monitor cash levels and prepare necessary reports for management.<br>• Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when required.<br>• Adhere to security protocols to safeguard customer information and branch assets.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with banking operations.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate records.<br>• Excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Knowledge of bank transaction processes and deposit management.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to banking regulations.
