<p>Our fantastic client is looking for an experienced <strong>Payroll Manager</strong> to join their team on a <strong>contract </strong>basis at their <strong>Franklin</strong>, Tennessee location. This role involves overseeing payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population, requiring precision and adherence to compliance standards. The ideal candidate will <strong>excel in manual payroll processing </strong>and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Handle payroll for a multi-state workforce, adhering to varying regulations and requirements.</p><p>• Oversee manual payroll operations for a large employee population.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure seamless payroll operations.</p><p>• Utilize <strong>Paycom </strong>software to execute payroll tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.</p><p>• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.</p><p>• Provide leadership and guidance to support the payroll team.</p><p>• Prepare payroll reports and documentation as required.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard payroll data.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.</p><p>• Expertise in handling payroll for <strong>multi-state</strong> employee populations.</p><p>• Proficiency in manual payroll processing for <strong>over 500 employees</strong>.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of <strong>Paycom </strong>software.</p><p>• Familiarity with payroll compliance regulations at all levels.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Ability to work <strong>onsite </strong>in Franklin, Tennessee.</p><p>• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</p>
