Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This is a Contract-to-career position, offering an opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.<br>• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order entry into the system.<br>• Provide clear and courteous communication to resolve issues and deliver positive customer experiences.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all interactions meet company standards.<br>• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and streamline processes.<br>• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to offer accurate information.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues as needed.<br>• Follow established protocols and meet performance metrics for call handling and service delivery.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and customer interaction systems.<br>• Familiarity with managing inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
