<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field; PMP certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years managing healthcare-related projects, with demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including hospitals, clinics, and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with healthcare IT implementations, regulatory compliance, or clinical operations projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Demonstrated success in hybrid work environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
