Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including administrative tasks, employee file management, and event coordination. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Generate and manipulate reports from HR systems to support departmental needs.<br>• Post job openings and ensure accurate descriptions are shared across platforms.<br>• Coordinate the shipping of onboarding materials for new hires.<br>• Assist in compiling and organizing monthly reports, ensuring timely completion.<br>• Provide support with office events and activities, including planning and logistics.<br>• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and completeness.<br>• Revise job descriptions to align them with standardized templates.<br>• Contribute to wellness initiatives by setting goals and organizing incentives for employees.<br>• Collaborate on various HR projects and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Prior experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS).<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee relations.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Capability to work on-site in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.<br>• Organizational skills and willingness to support diverse HR functions.<br>• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
