<p>Our team is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer for a 6-week remote contract. In this key role, you will collaborate with a marketing and creative team to execute a variety of graphic design projects. You will focus on delivering clean, visually engaging materials, supporting campaign and collateral needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design and produce marketing materials including banners, one-pagers, print collateral, and other graphic assets.</li><li>Adhere to established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.</li><li>Prepare final production files for both print and digital use.</li><li>Manage multiple assignments at once and deliver high-quality work on agreed-upon deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Skills & Experience:</p><ul><li>3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to follow direction, work independently, and deliver rapid, accurate execution.</li><li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-sufficient.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience with or understanding of the real estate industry or related design work.</li></ul><p>Role Details:</p><ul><li>Level: Mid-level, individual contributor (non-lead)</li><li>Duration: 6 weeks</li><li>Remote: Yes</li></ul><p><br></p>
