Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication. This is a Contract to permanent position within the retail industry, offering an opportunity to grow by being detail oriented while making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, addressing concerns and providing solutions with attention to detail.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with scheduling, order entry, and general inquiries.<br>• Maintain accurate records by entering data into company systems and updating customer information as needed.<br>• Organize and oversee customer education sessions, empowering clients with the knowledge to use products confidently.<br>• Track and follow up on leads to ensure no potential customer is overlooked.<br>• Collaborate with commercial accounts to handle scheduling, invoicing, and administrative tasks efficiently.<br>• Assist in monitoring and managing digital communication channels, ensuring timely responses to all queries.<br>• Provide guidance to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.<br>• Support sales teams by ensuring logistics and communication processes run smoothly.<br>• Uphold a high standard of organization in managing customer databases and tracking next steps.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.<br>• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.<br>• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with confidence and efficiency.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling tools and processes.<br>• A proactive and reliable approach to following established procedures and meeting deadlines.
